- How much is the transaction Fee?
Our transaction Fee is $ 550
- What happens in the event I need broker Support?
Normally we have a forum with all the agents in the company. We encourage to ask in the forum. Our broker normally answer in here to give an answer to everyone. We also have a mentorship program available.
- How often do you pay commission?
Most of our agents get paid at closing. If you do not get paid at closing for whatever reason. You will get automatic deposit within 48 hours of My Realty Receiving the check.
- What happens if I decide to leave?
We don't think that's going to happen but we have open policy in case you want to go.
- I’m a team leader at my current company, Can I have my own team?
Yes, You are free to set up your own team all you have to do is get everyone member to sign the team addendum with the commission split you and your team mate have agree to.
- What happens if there is a bonus on a transaction?
Nothing, The money is Yours all you pay as always the Transaction team.
- What is the commission split on rentals?
All Rentals are on a 90/10 split.
- Does the company provide trainings?
Yes, My realty provides weekly trainings via zoom for the convenience all of our agents. Also all trainings are saved on our video library so you can watch it any time as many times as you wish.
- What happens with the transactions that are already under contract if decided to leave?
Your transactions will be paid accordingly to our contract.
